Bradley L. Tilt

A founding member of Action Law LLC in 2012, Brad is an experienced litigation attorney. Practicing since 1996, Brad handles many complex commercial litigation cases, contract enforcement, banking, mechanics' liens and other real estate matters, and appeals. Brad’s clients include local, national, and international parties such as lenders, owners, developers, contractors, agents, title insurers and their insureds. In 2010, Brad was elected to serve as an officer of the Real Property Section of the Utah State Bar, where he served a four-year term, including ultimately serving as Chair. Brad also has been named by other attorneys throughout Utah as one of Utah’s “Legal Elite” in the field of Real Estate in Utah Business: The Magazine for Decision Makers in eight of the last nine years. He has also been named a Mountain State Super Lawyer in Real Estate in each of the last five years..
